On my first order. What do I need to know?

On your first order you need to verify your credit card security, first time orders can only be sent to the card holder's billing address & contact details.

To avoid delays, please ensure that your credit card billing address is the same as the one on your card and also verify the cardholder name.

Furthermore, please ensure that you have entered your contact details correctly, so that we can communicate with you should it be necessary to do so.

Do I need to create an online account to place my order?

Setting up an account is a mandatory, if you can do this then you can be able to enjoy the following benefits:

How can I place an order?

Shopping at our online store (Grace Shopaholic) is very simple if you already know about the online store and what you're looking for, then use the specific product category links in “Cosmetics”, “Jewelry”, or “Bags & Accessories” and “Clothes”.

Once you’ve found the product you want to order, then select size, color, No# of pieces and click on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button below. Now you can view your selected product at the top of the page.

You can remove the product from your shopping bag if you can change your mind, otherwise complete your order by clicking the ‘BUY NOW’ button.

Can I change or modify my order shipping address once it’s been placed?

Yes, You can change your shipping address or contact details by emailing us on graceshopaholics@gmail.com. But still, you can contact us to find out if we can edit your ordered product or change your delivery address, If it's still early in the order process.

Can I cancel my order anytime?

No, one thing is to keep in mind, the order cancellation process is short. So you can generally cancel your order immediately after it's placed, before the order is too far along in the process.

Can I change my order anytime?

If your order is not shipped then you can change your order. Simply you can write your query about your order and send it to us on graceshopaholics@gmail.com. For COD order our support team will get in touch after placing an order and get confirmation about your order if any changes are required then you can let them know.

In case I can’t palace an order. How can I fix It?

What is a pre-order and Is it working?

You can pre-order a selection of products even before they come available.

All items of this type are identified with a PRE-ORDER label that can be seen on the product page. You can buy and will receive them at your preferred address as soon as we can do with shipping.

If you have a mixed order. it includes both already available items and pre-order items, it may be processed separately to ensure faster delivery.

Please note that payment will be taken when the package is shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package.

To confirm the validity of your card, a 1 Euro or 1 Dollar payment may have to be authorized. This authorisation is not a charge: your credit card will only be charged upon delivery.

What should I do If my parcel is missing or stolen?

We will send tracking ID through email of your product so you can track your item anytime. If your tracking ID status says that it is delivered and you have not yet received it then you can query us at graceshopaholics@gmail.com & we will help you.
