Shipping & Return Policy

We have a 7-days return policy for change of mind, which means that you've got 7 days after receiving your object to request a go back.

The item has to not be used, broken or altered in any way.

To start a return, you can contact us at graceshopaholics@gmail.com. If your return is normal, we’ll propose transportation options , as well as instructions on how and in which to send your item. Items sent returned to us without first requesting a go back will no longer be normal. Be aware. The consumer is accountable for shipping charges

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon event and communicate to us incontinently if the item is imperfect, damaged or if you admit the wrong item, so that we can estimate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have features that have been made to the guests specifications aren't returnable for change of mind.( Under Australian Consumer Law, imperfect items aren't affected by this policy)

Refunds

We'll notify you once we ’ve entered and audited your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. However, you ’ll be automatically reimbursed on your original payment system, If approved. Please flash back it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to reuse and post the refund too.

Shipping Cost:

Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
